As a manufacturer specializing in pneumatic conveying system, Sanko Air Plant has been in charge of designing various plants and systems more than half a century. We carefully examine the characteristics of the powdered and granulated materials customers want to transfer, checking their shape, weight, and material qualities. Then, we design our transfer system to best match those requirements. We have the know-how to design a high quality system that can transfer material most effectively, taking into account the scale of each customer's production line.
We installed a unique experimental facility inside our Itami factory.
Inside our Itami factory in Hyogo Prefecture, we installed an experimental facility with an overall length of 100 m. This allows us to verify and test the transportation of materials at any time.
The facility is used to test how a customer's powdered or granulated material can be transferred. Then it analyses the test data and identifies problems that need to be resolved. Based on these results, we design and build our system to bring the best results.
